These General Terms and Conditions of Sale ("Terms and Conditions") govern the sale of LONGCHAMP products to end users ("End User" or "you") within the United States only.

By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

Placing an order constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms apply only to orders shipped within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.

ARTICLE 1 – PRODUCTS

LONGCHAMP offers products available for personal purchase through our website.

Product descriptions, pricing, images, sizing details, and availability are displayed on our website.

Products purchased through our website are intended for personal use only and may not be resold.

We reserve the right to limit product quantities per customer.

ARTICLE 2 – PRICING

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Prices displayed on the website exclude shipping fees unless otherwise stated.

The final order total will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Prices may change without prior notice.

ARTICLE 3 – ORDERS

Customers may place orders by:

Selecting products
Adding items to cart
Entering shipping information
Completing checkout through PayPal

After an order is placed, customers will receive an order confirmation email.

Once the order ships, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear fraudulent, suspicious, or violate our policies.

Orders may be canceled within one hour after purchase by contacting customer support.

Shipping addresses cannot be changed after an order has been shipped.

ARTICLE 4 – PAYMENT

We currently accept PayPal as our only payment method.

All payments must be completed through PayPal at checkout before an order can be processed.

By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected PayPal account.

Orders will only be processed after successful payment authorization.

LONGCHAMP does not store any payment account information.

We reserve the right to cancel orders flagged for suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, or payment verification issues.

ARTICLE 5 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We currently ship only within the United States.

Free U.S. shipping is available on orders over $79 USD.

Orders under $79 USD are charged a flat shipping fee of $7.99.

We currently do not offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, U.S. Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, and APO/FPO/FPO-DPO addresses.

Standard shipping time for U.S. orders is 7–14 business days.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, holidays, or incorrect shipping information.

Once an order has been shipped, shipping addresses cannot be changed.

All duties and taxes are included. No hidden fees.

ARTICLE 6 – RETURNS

Customers may request returns within 14 days of package delivery.

Returned items must be:

Unused
Unworn
In original packaging
With original tags attached

Proof of purchase may be required.

Final sale items, accessories, gift cards, and promotional items are non-returnable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds are processed within 5 business days after returned items are received and inspected.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

ARTICLE 7 – EXCHANGES

Customers may request exchanges by contacting customer support.

Exchange requests are subject to product availability.

Only one exchange request is permitted per order.

ARTICLE 8 – WARRANTY & LIABILITY

Products are covered under applicable U.S. consumer protection laws.

LONGCHAMP is not responsible for damages caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, or customer negligence.

Product images may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, or screen differences.

ARTICLE 9 – RECORD RETENTION

Transaction records may be retained for legal, accounting, and operational purposes.

ARTICLE 12 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in courts located in New York, United States.
